Yes. All of our cleaners are thoroughly vetted, DBS-checked, and reference verified. LS Cleaning Solutions LTD is also fully insured for your peace of mind.

No, you don’t need to be home. Many clients choose to provide us with access instructions or a key, which we handle securely and confidentially. You're also welcome to be present if you prefer. 


 Yes, we bring our own professional-grade cleaning supplies such as sprays, cloths, and disinfectants. However, we kindly ask that clients provide larger cleaning items such as vacuums, mops, and buckets—unless otherwise agreed in advance. 


You can book a cleaning service by calling us, emailing, or using our online contact form. We’ll confirm availability and arrange a time that works for you.
 


Absolutely. We’re flexible and understand that plans can change. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. 


It depends on the type and size of the job. For example, a regular residential clean may take 2–3 hours, while a deep clean or end of tenancy clean can take 4–8+ hours. We'll provide an estimated duration upon booking. 


Client satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not happy with any aspect of the clean, please let us know within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the area at no extra charge. 


Yes, we offer flexible scheduling to suit your needs—including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Let us know your preferred time when booking.


Yes. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning packages at discounted rates for regular clients. Contracts are flexible and can be adjusted as needed. 


We accept bank transfers, debit/credit card payments, and standing orders/direct debits for regular clients. Payment details will be provided upon booking or invoicing. 


Yes, we can use eco-friendly and non-toxic products on request. Just let us know at the time of booking and we’ll tailor the service accordingly. 


Absolutely. We offer one-off deep cleans for parties, events, or special occasions. These are fully customisable to your needs. 


You don’t need to do much—just ensure we have access and that personal or fragile items are safely stored away. We’ll handle the rest!
