LS Cleaning Solutions LTD – Terms and Conditions

 

Effective Date: 23/01/2025

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any services with LS Cleaning Solutions LTD (“we”, “our”, “us”). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Services Provided

LS Cleaning Solutions LTD offers professional cleaning services including, but not limited to: 


  • Regular residential cleaning 
  • Commercial cleaning
  • Deep cleaning
  • End of tenancy cleaning
  • Airbnb turnaround cleaning
  • Targeted area cleaning
     

Services will be performed as outlined at the time of booking. Any changes must be requested and confirmed in writing.

2. Booking and Appointments

  • Bookings must be confirmed in advance by phone, email, or our website.
     
  • Clients must provide accurate details including access information and special requirements.
     
  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
     

3. Cancellations and Late Fees

If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, 50% of the agreed service charge will apply. If you cancel on the same day, 100% of the service charge will be due. We appreciate as much notice as possible to manage our schedule effectively. 

If the cleaner is unable to access the property upon arrival (due to incorrect access information or no one being present), the full service fee may still apply. 

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted based on the information provided at the time of booking.
 

  • Additional charges may apply if the scope of work is significantly different on arrival (e.g., excessive mess, unbooked add-ons).
     
  • Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
     
  • Accepted payment methods include: bank transfer, debit/credit card, and direct debit for regular clients.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We aim for complete client satisfaction. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the cleaning, notify us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the affected area at no additional cost.
     
  • This guarantee does not cover issues reported after 24 hours or where areas were inaccessible during cleaning.

6. Access to Property

  • The client must ensure that cleaners have clear and safe access to the property, including water, electricity, and access to entry keys or codes.
     
  • We are not liable for delays or incomplete services due to inaccessible premises.
     

7. Health & Safety

  • Cleaners are instructed to follow health and safety guidelines, including the use of appropriate PPE when necessary.
     
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if working conditions are deemed unsafe or hazardous.

8. Damages and Liability

  • Our cleaners take care with your property. In the unlikely event of accidental damage, it must be reported within 24 hours.
     
  • We are insured for public liability; however, we are not responsible for:
     
  • Pre-existing damage
     
  • Items not securely fixed or previously broken
     
  • Damage caused by faulty equipment or materials supplied by the client

9. Client Responsibilities

  • The client agrees to remove or secure valuables, breakables, and confidential items before the service begins.
     
  • The client is responsible for providing accurate instructions and notifying us of any delicate surfaces, materials, or restrictions.

10. Employment of Staff

  • Clients may not directly employ or solicit work from LS Cleaning Solutions LTD employees during and for 12 months after termination of services without written consent.
     
  • A fee of £1000 will be charged for breach of this condition.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: extreme weather, strikes, illness, or transport disruptions. 

 

12. Confidentiality and Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR regulations and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. 

13. Amendments to Terms

LS Cleaning Solutions LTD reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
 

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. 

By booking a service with LS Cleaning Solutions LTD, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
